Del Mar Resort – Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your Del Mar Resort pieces. Each item is ethically hand-crafted in small batches with care and attention to detail. Each piece is unique.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

To request a return, please email hello@delmarresort.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for faulty items.
  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Del Mar Resort reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

For European Union customers only:

European Union Customers If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us at hello@delmarresort.com.au within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and must be clearly arranged prior to sending. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method. This right of withdrawal does not apply to sale items, gift cards, or accessories, which remain final sale unless faulty.
