La Isla Panama

Taking its name from the Spanish word for "the island", La Isla is a modern interpretation of the classic Panama hat.

Handwoven from natural Panama fibre, its clean silhouette is designed for travel, long lunches and days spent beneath the sun. An extended brim offers generous coverage, while an adjustable internal ribbon allows for a personalised fit.

Each hat is handcrafted in Bali in small quantities, carrying the subtle variations that are unique to the handwoven process.

Each hat is individually woven by hand using traditional techniques and produced in small quantities. Slight variations in colour, texture and weave are part of the character of each piece.

Store in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture.

Avoid crushing or folding the hat, and store it flat or on a hat stand to help maintain its shape. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. As each piece is handwoven from natural fibres, slight variations in colour and texture are part of its character.

We ship all orders from our Western Australian studio. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed.

Domestic (Australia): 2–6 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

Returns

We want you to love your Del Mar piece. If your item is faulty, you may request a refund within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only accepted for unworn, unused items in original packaging with tags attached. For all other enquiries, please contact us at hello@delmarresort.com.au.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
